Badshahi Masjid, Lahore:
As Lahore is famous for its old history and historical places. Another antique in its list is the famous Badshahi Masjid, Lahore. This is the second largest Masjid of Pakistan, which is authorized by Mughal emperor Aurangzeb. This is a renowned tourist attraction, with its agnate courtyard and red brick structure.
Shah Jahan Mosque, Thatta:
Thatta is the city of Sindh. The people of Sindh are very hospitable, that’s why the mosque was gifted to them for their hospitality. The mosque was built during the rulership of Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in 17th century. It is located near the Makhli Necropolis. Since 1993 it is listed in on the temporary UNESCO Worl Heritage list.
Wazir Khan Masjid, Lahore:
We will mention another famous beautiful antique piece of architecture in Lahore. Wazir Khan Masjid in known for its agnate tile work. The Masjid was built in 1634 by Shaikh Ilm-ud-Din Ansari Shah Jahan. It commenced in seven years. It is obtain political importance and became the official place for the emperors Friday prayer. This Masjid is another best example of Mughal architecture.
Bhong Masjid, Rahim Yar Khan:
The Masjid is located in Rahim Yar Khan’s Village Bhong. The construction Built over the course of 50 years. The masjid has madrasa, rooms and include another small mosque in his compound. It is built by the group of specialists from all over Pakistan and India like master masons and craftsman from Rajasthan, calligraphers and painters from Karachi. The Mosque is elegant in its architecture and ornamental calligraphy.
Mahabat Khan Masjid, Peshawar:
Peshawar is the famous and main city of KPK. The city’s finest mosque is located in west of Chowk Yadgar. Another master piece of Mughal emperor Shah Jahan built in 1630 by the governor of Peshawar and renovated in 1898. When you entered in it you will look around lavish tiled interior.
