Healthy foods and their use

Today I will share different healthy food like fruits and vegetable which has benefits and the kind of healthy food which are the alternative of medicine. Many of us are concerned about our health and some do not. We usually use a variety of things to eat in our daily life. Some are beneficial to us and some are harmful, such as the use of junk food in high quantity. How we care about our health it depends on us.

Despite the use of healthy food in daily life we still suffer from some little problems. Here I am going to share the prevention or how to get rid of these diseases from fruits.

  • There are many of us especially children are suffering from this disease. The symptoms of this disease are,
  • You feel starving again and again.
  • Sometimes you will feel a slight stomach ache.
  • You will be getting sleep all day.
  • And sometime you will feel weak.

Jamun fruit:

Jamun is a fruit that helps you to prevent this problem means stomach worms. Which is a known black plum in the English language and it is a summer fruit? It has many health and medical benefits. The fruit is known to relieve stomach pain. Jamun has many other benefits on which I will write a separate blog.

Guava is a fruit that is very low in cost and affordable for anyone who contains many benefits. You all know that an Orange contains vitamin C but you may surprise that Guava contains 4 times Vitamin C than orange. In constipation, Guava helps your stomach. This feature helps improve the function of your endocrine system, especially the thyroid gland responsible for the way you consume food, consume energy and more.
