We have become so busy in our day to day life that we don’t get time to do exercise or do any other activity other than work. We have so many responsibilities and this causes stress. Because of this we are not able to take care of our health. We have become so busy that we don’t get time to exercise and because of this we are not able to burn our calories. We spend most of our time in front of the TV screen or laptop. Our weight is increased by consuming junk food. Weight can’t be lose in few days.

Calories are basically the energy we get from food we eat. If we take these calories in excess, then these calories are converted into fat. This makes the person fat.

We can burn the extra calories by taking some simple steps. Which are can perform in our day to day. Following are the steps to burn the extra calories:

Notice your daily activities

Check out your daily routine that how much you work in office and house. How much food you consume and what you eat. Also note the time of your food intake that at which time you take breakfast, lunch and dinner. How much steps you take. Just by monitoring these activities, you can make a huge difference. It will help you to make the time table.

Walk

Start to walk more than usual. Just by walking 10000 step a day can burn your calories. Indulge yourself in sports or small activities which requires movement. This can also include dancing, swimming and playing basketball or even football.

Avoid fatty food

Start to eat fat free food. Keep a check of the food you consume and how much calories each food contains. Start to replace the junk and fast food with healthy fruits and vegetables. Eat more salad and cut down the soda drinks from your diet. Keep your self hydrated by drinking a lot of water.

Just by taking these small steps you can easily burn the calories. Excess calories can make you fat and it can cause many diseases. More calories’ more problems.
